Instead of paying airline baggage fees or buying cheap disposables or overpaying to hire sports equipment for an hour at a time, with Hire4Holidays you get top-quality, branded equipment; cleaned, safety-checked and delivered directly to your villa, apartment, or resort.

We are the only holiday hire service on the Costa del Sol offering such a wide range of products, from baby gear and beach equipment to bikes, water sports equipment and mobility devices. All available for delivery and collection across the region.

With Hire4Holidays you can hire the equipment you need when you need it. Think hire for baby, hire for beach, hire for sports, hire for working from home, hire for electronics, hire for mobility and everything in between.

Yes. The minimum order value is €50, and the minimum rental period is 3 days. These apply to all equipment categories, whether you're hiring beach gear, baby essentials, bikes or watersports equipment. Delivery and collection is charged separately at €25, which covers both.

We deliver across the Costa del Sol including Sotogrande, Torreguadiaro, Chullera, la Duquesa, Sabinillas, Casares, Estepona, Manilva, Cancelada, Isdabe, San Pedro and all areas in between. Hire4Holidays is a delivery-only service; equipment cannot be collected directly from our warehouse. Your items will be delivered to your door, whether that's a villa, apartment or hotel, on your chosen rental start date.

Payment is collected in full at checkout. Hire4Holidays uses Stripe, one of the world's leading secure payment providers, so your card details are fully protected. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your delivery date.

We understand that holiday plans can change. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable. To cancel, simply contact us through the website or email [email protected]. We recommend booking with confidence; if your travel plans shift, as long as you give us 48 hours' notice, you won't be out of pocket.

Orders are placed by rental period, not by individual item. You can include multiple items in one order as long as they share the same rental dates. If you need certain items for different date ranges, for example, a buggy for the full two weeks but bikes for only one week, you will need to place separate orders. Please note that each order comes with a €25 delivery and collection charge. So to avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend booking all items you need for the same dates in a single order where possible.

Yes. Every item is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked between rentals before it is delivered to you. This applies to all equipment categories, from baby gear and electronics, to bikes, watersports equipment, and mobility aids. We take hygiene seriously, especially for items used by babies and young children. All we ask in return is that you take reasonable care of the equipment during your hire period and return it in the same condition you received it.

Each customer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period. Hire4Holidays will charge your credit card for the retail replacement cost of any item that is not returned or returned damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear. It is your responsibility to take good care of rental equipment and return all accessories that come with certain equipment such as bicycle locks, helmets, life vests etc. We recommend checking whether your travel insurance policy covers hired equipment during your holiday, as many comprehensive policies include this protection.

Yes. Life vests are included with all SUP (stand-up paddleboard) hire, kayak kits, and surfboard hire. Safety helmets are provided with all bike hire, including children's balance bikes. Bodyboards and children's boogie boards do not include a life vest and should only be used under direct adult supervision in shallow water.

Hire4Holidays offers a wide range of baby equipment and baby essentials for hire on the Costa del Sol. Our baby hire range includes travel cots, high chairs, baby baths, bath seats, steam sterilisers, electronic bottle warmers, and bed rails and bed guards.
For toddlers and infants we also stock potties, step stools, toilet training seats, paddling pools, and a range of beach toys — everything you need for a stress-free family holiday in Spain.
Please note we do not currently stock car seats or pushchairs/buggies, but if you need either, contact us in advance and we'll do our best to help.

Yes. Hire4Holidays offers a full range of mobility equipment hire on the Costa del Sol, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walking frames, and walking poles. Our mobility scooters are the Libercar Urban Plus series, fitted with gel batteries for added safety. They offer a range of up to 25 km, a top speed of 8 km/h, and fold to just 50×50 cm — ideal for Spanish lifts, apartment storage, and easy transport. Our walking frames include a built-in seat and back support, and our wheelchairs are lightweight, easy-folding, and fitted with push-assist handles — perfect for getting around on holiday.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak summer dates in July and August when demand for baby equipment hire, beach equipment hire, and watersports equipment hire is highest.
Book as soon as your travel dates are confirmed to secure your essentials. You can always add additional items later — or even after you arrive at your destination. Use our availability search to check items by date, and if something shows as unavailable, contact us and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Our standard hire period runs from 3 to 31 days, making Hire4Holidays ideal for typical holiday stays on the Costa del Sol.
